I am overwhelmed by the number of enquiries from people wishing to become mentors with ASpire – 14 in the last 3 weeks. Our next training session should be full to the brim with aspiring Aspirers and I’m very much looking forward to working with them all.

At its meeting on 23rd March the Impetus Board adopted the proposed Volunteer Policy and procedures after a minor amendment to wording. Impetus has for some time had a Volunteer Policy. It relies upon the same Grievance Procedure, Disciplinary Procedure and Capability Procedure as were written for staff.
